Crystal was assigned to me and she did a fabulous job teaching me how to apply the make-up and took the time to get the right colors for me. I appreciated her patience and color expertise. I would highly recommend Crystal if you'd like to learn about make-up application. My friend's make-up artist was great too however, I didn't get her name.

Thank you -. I was there the 26th of June and Melissa did an amazing job! I loved my eyebrows! I have been to this MAC counter several times and no one ever even acknowleged me. No "Can I help you? MAC needs to teach a class on customer service. I will never shop here again. I would rather drive all the way to Collierville than spend my money at this counter!!!

Recently I got pulled in to one of their events where they were doing makeup makeovers for free, one area. And of course I got suckered into buying way more make up that needed.

However I do love MAC products. No regrets, plus they do such a good job with their makeup! MAC cosmetics has everything a girl could want in a make up. Now MAC does have some amazing eye shadows and cancelers. C counter at Macy's Northshore mall, Their counter manager is very rude. C keeps moving her around from different stores instead of providing her with some customer service training. I came in here knowing exactly what I was looking for, and the staff was super helpful at grabbing what I needed. Clean, open, and lots of variety.

Probably my favorite MAC store Staff is helpful but not overly in your face which is amazing! I've had my makeup done here twice and have been thrilled with the outcome! I recently shopped at the Mac Cosmetic store on Newbury street. I didn't have an idea of what I was looking for, I don't know much about the product they have.. I mostly stick to Chanel products. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped. The makeup stylist Kayla assisted me and she was so delightful and beautiful! She is really knowledgable about all of the products in the store and how they can help a certain individual.

I felt like she read me. She knew what I was looking for even though I had no idea what I was looking for.. If that makes any sense! Overall, I had such an amazing shopping experience. And I am now, officially a MAC girl! MAC products are great but the customer service was poor. My wife left her cosmetic bag at the store and they promised to keep it safe till we visited the next time.

But they had given it away to the cleaner by the time we went back. They refused to ship it to me though I volunteered to pay for the shipping. Once upon a time, my friend and I wanted to see what foundation matches our skin. The make up artists that attended to us was so awesome. She pretty much told us everything that worked on skin from the foundation, to the mascara, to the lipstick to the blush, to our skin tone. It was amazing. I wish I can do it all over again. I love this location!

The staff is awesome, the store manager is really great and makes a effort to get to know regular customers. I originally shopped at the center city location, but from now on I will use this location. All of the make-up artists are super friendly. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable while I was there, especially Amanda for making my face flawless for my birthday! Had the best experience at this store. Zina gave me the most amazing makeover. Great customer service. The staff is wonderful! They have everything!

It was exactly what I was looking for, right before a job interview and the appointment was made within 5 minutes hassle free! My makeup artist's name was Zina and she was fantastic, she did an absolutely splendid job, she pulled all the stops and did everything as I desired, she was a very kind social and professional lady, who helped me land my dream job.

Even got a free mascara! I wish I could rate more than 5 stars for the fantastic job she did Thank you Zina and MAC! I had to deal with Heidi, she was so helpful and most important she knows all the products for black skin. That's impressive for a pale white girl. She really was able to find me the best products for my skin tone and I looked fly AF. Super helpful staff who aren't pushy and haven't recommended anything I wouldn't wear day-to-day.

Im only shopping here lol I get the best attention and Morgan Answers my questions. I love all the new products I have and, I would love to go back in for more items. I swear it's addicting to buy make up. Just it makes it so much better when you have a friendly knowledgeable staff!

I went to buy something for my wife and was helped by a freelancer Melissa. She was great and recommended things that my wife loved. I would go back again. Personel very welltrained, not like in DR. Great experience! Great service! Want to come again! I absolutely loved my experience at this mac store. It wasn't too crowded and a young woman named Fran helped me get everything I came for and matched me perfectly with the prolongwear foundation.

Everything was organized and laid out nicely. Loved it! I will definitely return in the future. Literally the worst customer service. I had gone in for lipgloss. Pretty simple I already knew the color was waiting to be helped which is fine and when the lady came over she yells you good and before I could even ask for her to pull the lip gloss so I kindly say no I would like this but I was wondering if it came in a larger size and she rudely barks back.

It clearly says it on the sign what that product is! Just rude. A customer had a simple question. Really bad costumer service, the manager there was not helpful I was on the phone literally waiting for 45 minutes placing an order, they said they will get the product out and will call me back. Which took them about an hour to do so. And I was the one that called them back. I know they must be busy but I'm a costumer as well.

And this was run like a garage sale. Never had this problem before. But after waiting all this time and hassle they said they could not ship it to me because I'm a MUA and they needed to see my credentials. So I end up calling the Chicago location which was very helpful and overnight my order without any problem. Thing that I've done a million times. Everybody is so laid back and funny. This will be the only MAC store I purchase from. Absolute worst service ever.

I had appointment today at 2 PM showed up at 1: Meanwhile I set my appointment up two days prior because of a photo shoot and wedding I had to go to today. The makeup artist suggested that he could call another location to set up another appointment for later today, really? Never again will I buy Mac make up!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service. I walked in and the sale's associates looked at me while I stood there waiting for help.

One just completely looked at me and then walked the opposite way. I did not feel comfortable and some people should be fired for scaring the customers away. That is definitely not a good look. This store needs to step up its game. It's not cute to act snobby. No doubt MAC has great products BUT I would suggest to the store manager that she do a better job of scheduling her employees at the store. Im always having to wait for help It is so frustrating because for the appointments, I am paying to wait. Doesnt work if you have to keep to a schedule, which I assume mist people do.

Talent- 5 stars Great location and great team! You cannot go wrong with a makeover from MAC! Went in yesterday hoping I could just do my thing and try out a few things without associates being too pushy with me She was super helpful, and I felt so comfortable asking her questions about products without feeling like she was trying to get me to buy. Helped me with everything I needed and then some. Completely the best experience at a Mac store by far. I have worn MAC for years but this counter leaves a lot to be desired.

The last time I was in they weren't super friendly and this last time I stood there for about 10 minutes before a girl came over. I asked a question and she said she didn't know, the MAC girl was at lunch. I asked if I could wait and she said it would be an hour and I should just come back later. Needless to say I didn't bother. I feel like I'm not welcome anytime I walk into this store. Nobody ever seems to want to help either. Extremely helpful and aced in customer service.

Not like other places I've been to; and they take their time with you and don't just abandon you to your luck and to figure out what works. I know I'm not easy and I kinda know what I need and want and they just don't try to sell you anything just to get rid of you. Will definitely be going back! Extremely helpful and knowledge staff. I never leave empty handed. The store does get get crowded from time to time but you never have to wait more than a few seconds for someone to come help you.

I experienced the worst customer service here. I will never go back. I will drive out of my way to La Encantada. Broadway must be the ethnic store for spanish speakers only. I do not really wear cosmetics, but with an upcoming move and a new position, I decided to schedule a consultation and get a more polished look. Joanna sp? They have a BIG problem with racial profiling. I had saved nearly a grand to get some stuff from there but the employee kept following me around, rolling her eyes at me and was VERY rude. Also, I'll add that the employees there had terrible makeup skills.

All their eyebrows looked terrible and their foundation shades didn't even match their skin. Never going in here again. Mac, train your employees properly and hire some actually makeup artists, not some rude white girls who memorize whether a lip liner is gluten free or not. Beautiful, dynamic, professional employees who work fast and efficiently.

They always pick out the right shades and pigments. Never had a problem there and their return policy is the bomb! I frequent this place because it's nearby during my lunch break. The staff is pretty nice and don't judge me for browsing endlessly. They got me hooked on timecheck face lotion and cream blush by giving me samples. Take my money. A young lady was helping me in MAC one day her name was unique it started with the letter "S" she was very helpful and very pretty.

Terrible experience at this store. Firstly, even after walking around the store for over 15 minutes, not one employee greeted me. I had to literally chase one employee just to purchase the Russian red lipstick which she assured me would be at the checkout. I left the store empty handed. If I had a silver ring for everytime I barely suppress my disdain for my job in front of a customer, I'd be the guy who "helped" me today.

Although this is spot is pretty centrally located in the heart of the Soho shopping, it's a small space with too, too many HOT lights.

I wasn't sweating at all getting here, but by the time I left with purchasing a gift card for a friend, I was so sweaty! I showed the girl a picture of what I was looking for, and she did my makeup to my satisfaction. She suggested a powder to cover shine, especially since it was an abnormally warm day that day. After receiving some snapshots back from friends and family, I realized my face was much lighter than the rest of my body.

It gradually got worse throughout the evening as I blotted my shiny spots with the powder that was clearly too light for my face. I think part of the problem might be the giant windows throughout the store, as the daylight coming in might skew the color. Either way, I feel I could have done my makeup better myself, and I wouldn't get my makeup done here again. One lady showed extreme annoyance in assisting me, treated me like a child and like I didnt belong in the store. This location says they open at 9am but really don't open until 10am. I went out of my way arriving at 9: Note to staff: Don't roll your eyes at customers when they tell you what they're looking for. I left after the rude encounter, found what I was looking for somewhere else, and I won't be back. She was able to help me and my girlfriend find what we were looking for. They are giving the MAC Cosmetic brand a bad name. I been to the MAC in times square which is always packed. Therefor, employee don't have the opportunity to take their time with their customers. This store I had a different experience. I went with the hopes of founding the right products to contour and highlight my face. Not only did Alyssa show me the product that i need it , she actually showed me how to apply them. She will did half of my face and taught me how to do the other half. It was an amazing experience. I cant wait to master all the techniques she tough me. She took her time with me , answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable.

The only mac store on the uptown west side of harlem and you would think they would be trained to deal with the amount of customers that come in. I've come into this store multiple times and it's the same problem. You will only have a staff of 3 workers, who are trying to help customers pick out their makeup, check them out at the registers and do make overs!! Meanwhile there will be a group of 7 customers or more standing around who are patiently waiting to be helped. It's ridiculous. Usually the staff are nice but I went in today, I got barked at for touching a product that was not on the "tester" section.

I would of been more patient and not leave with a attitude if it wasn't for the fact that every time I come here it's the same problem! None of the workers smiled or even apologized for the wait. I recently just discovered mac products over a year ago but leaving that store makes me want to stick with sephora and use their products instead! Great service and selection.

I've never seen a cosmetic company make a bad model look bad before, and the guy on the bottom of the poster trying to be a MAC failed. Knowledgeable staff, convenient location, well-stocked. It's set a bit aways from the heart of the Robson St.

First thing to know: It is a kiosk within Belk. The staff were courteous with a wide selection of products to match skin tone. The place was busy as it is extremely busy on the weekends. It looks like they do take appointments. My daughter was quickly seen on a walk in. She is very fair skinned and typically has a difficult time finding a matching tone except for MAC. Prices seem to be in line with other cosmetic lines.

More importantly, get Robbie to help you discover your best self! While it may seem intimidating to walk by a make up counter where so many people are so well put-together and lovely, in Robbie's and I'm sure all cases I can say I had the most relaxing and well thought-out consultation and free make over with make up purchase with someone who truly listened and cared about what I said.

He spent well over 2 hours working with me and at no time made me feel rushed. I tried skin care and colors that I never considered before and was amazed with the results - as were my friends! MAC at Dillard's says it is store policy to not accept returns. Guys if you buy cosmetics gifts for you S. The girls that work there are so rude. They do have new Macs as well, but you can get those anywhere See Best Buy Also, the have a stolen inventory database which is great because for 1 you know you're not buying a stolen Mac from them and 2 you can submit a serial number and double check to see if a Mac you're going to buy has been reported as stolen.

Overall I think they have very little competition in the used Mac market and it's pretty easy to see why. I love Mac make up but I'm giving it one star for customer service. Many a time, I've walked out of a cosmetics store wondering just how quickly a sales associate had layered on completely unwanted products. Makeup artists here ask questions to customize recommendations and explain products in detail, so I left feeling informed. How refreshing. I'll absolutely be back. Your greeted as soon as you walk in and you feel welcomed and wanted. They help apply the makeup to your face and make sure it fits your skin.

Even if you don't like the way you look they try and find something that is best for. I love makeup and I cannot get enough of MAC cosmetics. Once I told her what I was looking for and a color that I already have and in love with, she sat me down in put "feel my pulse" on me and I was in love all over again. The color was exactly what I was looking for and it just showed me that she was listening to me. In this location you can be sure that they look at you as a canvas and not just a sale. I really like the face products that are there. The colors are really nice and they match my skin very well.

The service is also really nice. When I went there was a women that really seemed to care about the welfare of my skin. She tried alot of make-up on me to see which one fit and she didnt even charge me!!! Im going back!! Everyone is great and always match the perfect make up with my a skin. They make you feel comfortable and always offer something extra that can make your make up look better. The girls here are awesome and every time I go they help me find exactly what I need and match my skin with new foundations perfectly.

Thank you so much! I have been to this MAC a handful of time. I have been there with makeup on dressed nicely and I have been there dressed like a bum in yoga pants. I have to say it doesn't matter what you are dressed like or wearing they treat you all the same I have been to MACs all over the world. This is worst MAC I have ever stepped into. Unless you are friends with someone there, don't expect to get help and even more upset if you are white don't expect to even be noticed.

I have stood there waiting for help and have watch other women stand there and waiting for help also. I am going to list off things that have happened to me in this store 1- I went there and asked to try on a lipstick they weren't busy instead of applying it to my lips they handed me the lipstick and told me let them know how I felt about it. Finally, someone asked me if I needed help. Asked her for what I wanted, she walked away and took me that it would be waiting for me at the counter.

I wanted to ask her more questions.. I walked up to pay and the items I asked for were not at the counter. I could go on, but I am getting worked up and need to spot.. I am planning on calling MAC headquarters and reporting this location. This is the first time I have ever reviewed something, and I felt as though I had to because I have had such an awful experience ever time I come here. The staff are rude and disrespectful. They are abrasive and have horrible attitudes towards customer service. Their personal makeup looks so awful it's surprising customers here trust them to do their own makeup.

The "makeup artists" are extremely unhygienic with applying customers makeup. The other customers are also rude and pushy. They store is overcrowded and dirty. This store needs a major facelift. Absolutely awful in every way. Staff was rude and overbearing. Ended up going into Nordstrom to purchase my products. Very rude to customers.

I decided to take my money else where. Ivery always been a customer of MAC. Usually I order online. I ended up going to Sephora for the first time and loved it there. I was trying to make an appointment for makeup. I was concerned about some of the reviews posted that stated that the makeup artists are unhygienic. The store manager I was talking to told me if I am concerned I should get my makeup done elsewhere. The store was hectic but I felt as though the staff was ignoring me.

The girls working there were too busy laughing among themselves. I tried working with someone and she kept leaving me to help others even though there were other employees not helping anyone. I hate to play the race card but every employee was black and I wasn't and I couldn't help but feel they were graciously helping the black women in there but ignoring me.

I've shopped their before and have kind of gotten the same feeling. I think I will stick with Nordstrom from here out, I just somehow believed a M.
