Old version winzip for mac

It can't do a whole lot else than unzipping.

I upgraded from 1. It almost completely unusable now. I click on zip files and nothing happens. What a ripoff!!!! Updated on Mar 18, The windows version of winzip is awesome.

The mac version is aweful. Do NOT buy this product. Only good thing about it is being able to view the contents of a zipped file. It almost always refuses to go away, and I have to force it to close. This is very tedious.

It also makes me wonder how much thought went in to other aspects of it's 'integration' with the MAC OS. If it won't close it makes me wonder where else it might be functioning inappropriately, even if it's merely a resource issue. You can not rename files once they are zipped. I head a migraine headache when I finished doing three zips and now I find out I have to start all over again due to a spelling error on a folder inside the zip rather than being able to just rename the file.
