I'm using Mac Book Pro. For internet I use modem. My question, Is there any way to find out how many data in GB I have already used for a certain period of time in 30 days.

Or It will count the amount of data I'll use in coming month or something? Is there any apps to measure it? I'm talking about used data. Not bandwidth. If anyone knows, please share it with me. Thanks in advance.

Click on the pin icon next to the Close button in its top-right corner to stop it from disappearing. To view your monthly data usage in a grid, right-click on the ShaPlus system tray icon and click 'Monthly Totals You'll then notice the following grid that you can keep checking throughout the month to see the amount of data you've used.
