Cant download chrome on mac

Have you tried deleting your Safari and Chrome plist files? I didn't try the recovery partition no but I found the issue. Would you mind appending the fix?

I'm not sure why you are having a problem but, you could always download it on the computer you aren't having a problem with and copy it to a flash drive and transfer it, or email the installer to yourself etc.
