Any review of this software that says anything positive is most likely some paid shill. I loaded 19 WMAs into the bay, clicked convert, and it somehow created files. There were duplicates of each original file, except each was 5 bytes and not in either WMA or MP3.

Interface is so simple there was nothing I could do to get it to work. It was a very fast download and install. The conversion was very fast as well.. And it told me exactly where it put the converted files so they were easy to find. As one of the previous reviewers said, the program does not do anything if you have it set to convert to the highest quality. You need to drop it down to the second highest. Yes, this compromises the quality of the sound bite you are converting, but for everyday play it doesn't really matter.

If you're going to use it for something fancier, then you're better off with a converter that can maintain the quality. Overall, I'd recommend it for people who just want their files converted to mp3 files quickly and are not overly invested in super high quality. Total Garbage as ixlatall said. It works with I had few songs to be converted from wma to mp3. I downloaded the All2mp3 and now I can see all of them converted to mp3 BUT now I cant opne those songs neither in itunes or any other application. I hope I have not lost my songs that I downloaded long time ago.
