Firefox download mac os x 10.8.2

Firefox support has ended for Mac OS X 10.6, 10.7 and 10.8

The browser opens but then does nothing. If you enter a URL and enter then nothing happens. It just shows a continuos blank screen. I wanted to make other Mountain Lion users aware of this problem and wondered if anybody else has had this problem?

Please Mozilla, check this bug and offer an update and solution. In the end I had to remove the complete FireFox Application including all sub files and folders.
