Open office mac download size

It's the first time I've ever seen a program do that. I looked it up and lots of others have had the same problem. Forget it, I'm going to try LibreOffice, hopefully they have fixed this bug. This free office suite has six powerful applications that are just as good as Microsoft's, but the suite is percent free.

I enjoy writing letters, memorandums, and APA research paper; therefore, I find the word processing program to be exactly what I need. Apache Impress is similar to PowerPoint, and the presentation application works quite well and very nice animations, transitions, etc. If you are looking for an Office Suite that has most of the features like Microsoft Office, but is one-hundred percent free, then choose Apache OpenOffice.

You will not be disappointed. I've been using the program for years now, ever since I switched to a Mac. I have not used it for anything but word processing, but it does a great job on that. But you get what you pay for - and after a month of constant crashes 4. I was trying to update my order sheet so I could put my order in - while the salesman waited - he kept laughing because the program crashed 4 times in a half hour.

My main concern is that I can't use Excel to import the file - nor can I use Open Office to save the file in Excel's format - it crashes every time. Totally useless for a kb 9 page workbook. Has it always been like this? I have been using this office suite for over 7 years. I had a new desktop pc 4 or 5 months ago, I had microsoft office on my new pc.

I deleted it and downloaded open office. I am very happy with it.
