Is it possible to delete or update this? Are you also crashing in other apps? I hadn't noticed other crashes but I've just moved over from one old iMac to this new one with Mavericks so it's all new at the same time. I had a small problem with mail yesterday but I think that was a coincidence. Rapport was something my internet banking site added in. I can't find it in my apps list to delete or update.

Jan 5, 8: Ok, I tried updating Rapport and still no good. Now I've uninstalled Rapport and it's still crashing. Jan 5, 1: Jan 7, 8: Yes, it was still crashing but I've just had an app update for my printer and it seems to have fixed the problem! Thanks so much for your help.

    Shands, I'm not wonder if removing the Xerox print drivers and then installing them would resolve this issue. Do you have the steps to completely remove a print driver from MAC and then install it? I do not have them handy but a quick google search should pull them up. If you can't find them let me know and I will see if I cannot write one up real quick. Thank you, Jordan R.
