Mac prep and prime powder pressed vs blot powder
I hate giving myself ghost-face. I suck at cartwells sarah such a major fail lol! Sure why not?! As one of the earlier commenters mentioned, the transparent powder actually looks fine on those celebs in real life. The problem is that it reflects light to the camera when the picture is taken. Some powders are more liable to do this than others. Wayne Goss did a video showing this, which you can see here: He does apply quite a bit of powder on both sides, but knocks some away at the end. My skin clings to makeup for dear life, for some reason, and I rarely get too oily. I prefer pressed powders any day so this looks quite nice!

I dunno how you retouch your makeup. Do you normally just blot and go? Wanted to try this for now as for the past I am using the Blot Powder. Can this be used on oily areas of the face to get rid of those oiliness and touch up again using Studio Fix Powder in my case or just use it alone to get rid of the oily areas? Is this okay? What brush do you use to apply it?

Great blot powder when you want to eliminate shine with out a lot of product build up for that cakey look.
As far as price point goes, is a pretty good deal. The compact will last a fairly long time depending how many times a day you touch up. A great powder. This is my daily dust, I like it a lot although I know there are better but I have not dared to try others, and the good faith is that it has its own stores and they are in many places. Really like this blotting powder. Perfect to have in your purse while on the go. I like using this with a small brush and just retouching my makeup throughout the day.

Works so well!! My skin is suuuuppppeeerrrrr oily, I mean horrifyingly oily especially in my T-Zone and I have yet to find anything else that works as well or even close to this. It stops shine in its place for hours. Applies evenly and smoothly, doesn't cake up later like most other ones do.
