Last thing i can add is to turn "spread spectrum" on in your bios. Hey there, just got the same speakers and have the same problem on the same motherboard. Did you find any solution for this? I had a similar problem with earlier bios version, but since updating to the latest BETA version, has not been a problem. I also always connect to the USB 3.
