How to copy screenshot on mac to word

In Word, you can insert a screen clipping from a web page, another document, etc.

I've looked through the Microsoft Office Word for Mac 'Insert' options and don't see this feature at all. Did I miss something? This thread is locked.

Don't understand why the Mac version of Office can't incorporate this feature. All you are doing is capturing what is displayed on the screen or a selection thereof by utilizing a function within the Word app.

Being able to select 'Insert Screen clipping' and using the mouse to select what you want to import into the Word document should be a straightforward addition to Microsoft Office for Mac.
