Uppercase to lowercase in word mac

I had to do the above and did a search in this discussion. I found a few threads from dealing with this. I did not have time to try that but I assume it still works. But if you are in a hurry, I discovered a web based solution. I figured I would post it in case someone else runs into the same problem. I couldn't add it to the original discussions because they are archived.

Modify capitalization

I use WordServices quite lot to change uppercase to lower case on text taken from other applications. I mean I paste the text into a Pages document and do this.
