Sometimes I can get a good scanned picture or document by selecting the button option to save the output in pictures, or to save in documents, but it is so unacceptably difficult that I will next be forced to try VueScan and hope it works as some say it does.

I am really disheartened with HP as I did at one time consider them to be the best maker of printers and scanners.
