My 4yr old daughter thought it was too spicy for a kid I suppose it could be, not that spicy though. Loved it, was so good. I bought creamed corn by mistake and this was a great way to use it. Loved the flavor and kick the salsa added to plain mac and cheese. Yummy alternative to traditional mac n cheese. Lots of flavor from the salsa and super cheesy.

This is a great dish for pot lucks. I always increase the pasta, cheese, milk, and salsa. I also use my favorite salsa instead of the recommended due to person preference. It is easy to reheat, and makes great leftovers. It's so cheesy. I loved this dish.
