Did you get any solution? Because I am having same problem. I am having same problem as well. I can skype, teamspeak, surf internet, comment this right now, watch videos, yet I can't connect to any games for some reason.

I suggest that. Also, check this list for ANY programs you may have that are problematic, but there may be others not listed. Norton is one of the worst ones. I suggest you get rid of it and get one not listed.
