If I fiddled with the top lid it would come back in focus. Eventually, it stopped coming back into focus. Bought one, installed and it worked great for about 3 days, so I figured it must have been a bad cable. I installed another and nothing but blank. I took it in to the Apple store to see if it was maybe the video card. The 'Genius' tried to hook it up to an external monitor and couldn't get anything. They are only new so why would I do that? So I figured I'd sell the parts on Ebay. But I still had to finish transferring stuff from the hard drive. I was being lazy and kept putting it off.

Finally, one morning, my husband and I were at the Apple Store. I was moaning over missing my Mac. He said he'd take a look.
