In my efforts to resolve the problem I started up an older Mac mini computer I have and surprisingly it prints. I looked at all the details and note that on all the new instalations it says Driver Version: There appears to be no option to update it. Can you tell me how to do that and I will try that next. However, the driver seems to be incredibly unstable. Please take a look at and stop the spooller on the computers of user A and B. Delete any jobs in the queue s. Also make sure that you have removed any extra, outdated, no longer used drivers from the users computer s. If the problem continues you will need to contact your local support centre. No according to the compatibility document there will not be a driver for the Phaser The machine is more than 10 years old so there will not be a El Capitan compatible driver for the machine.

Update El Capitan, updated Xerox drivers to latest drivers from the Xerox website…still getting error message. Gave up and went home to get my personal printer to use at work just so I could get my work done. Some of us do not have all the time in the world to wait for Xerox to figure things out. Are you planning an update at all? Hoping you do plan it. According to the compatibility document there is not and will not be an El Capitan Please consider contacting your local support centre for any possible workarounds. The only documentation I have access to is the documentation on the support site for your machine. Examples are Double sided printing and using the booklet finisher option. Please make sure you have the correct model machine chosen at the Mac. There is no indication on my Mac that the print job failed. You do not mention which controller you are using with your DocuColor The only controller that has a driver for Mac OS X No other drivers will be developed for the DocuColor at this time the machine is over 10 years old.

The printer you have DocuPrint M z, was not released here in North America so I have no first hand knowledge of the machine or drivers for it. I have been using older driver for the workcentre here in office. Now I have upgraded to the new driver 3. Please take a look at the instructions for removing the Xerox drivers in this forum post. I understand that the post does not address your situation directly but the instructions for removing the drivers is correct for your situation. Once you have followed all the steps to remove the driver try loading the driver that was working for you previously. If this does not help please consider posting on the Xerox Customer Support Forum or contact your local support centre.

You can choose between standard and network accounting system in the Advanced printer features menu, then you can ask for the computer to prompt or not, then there is no place to put your own code, just dropdown menus with enable or disable… Can you help me please. There will only be a staple option if your machine has an optional finisher that supports stapling. If you have a finisher that supports stapling you will see the staple option in the driver.
