Support made it clear that they wouldn't refund my money, even though I couldn't use the product because of the way my new PC was configured. I decided to put my data on the D: I contacted tech support and they told me that their software didn't have the ability to handle this situation, and that I should move a small number of apps over to the smaller C: I have built several PC's myself in the past, so I know what's involved with their suggestion. Not only did that open me up for failure, it also made it more of a chore than just reinstalling the apps myself.

In their refund rules, it's stated that if I didn't follow the suggestions from the support team which was a ridiculous idea , that they didn't have to refund my money. Please don't buy from this company. Not only do they have inept tech support, they also will not refund your money if you can't use their product.
