If your burner supports overburn then it might work or try to get MB CDs or you can break up the file into two discs. BTW keep both, the ISO and sub file in the same folder with the same name, so the media detects detects the sub file automatically or else you will have to do it manually.

If the image is a correct copy, clone, of the CD it should be possible to burn that images again to a CD. The images should be burned to a CD and not onto a CD. A CD should be made from the image to recreate the original CD. The image should not be written onto a CD nor should the separate files from the image be written onto a CD.
