While it has far, far, more tools than for what I've, so far, found need--and when I do have a need, I've found it handled with ease by GraphicConverter. Also, the developer is very responsive to questions and, in the rare instance where I've found a problem, he has implemented a fix very promptly.

In version 6 the Tool Box was attached to the window image, so if the window was moved the Tool Box moved with it.
