Artists would sell with out goals because it was the best and the artist were kept happy. Happy artists, happy customers, booming business. Now most, not all, upper management think they are Gods and can treat and talk to you any way they please, usually demeaning and degrading. This passes down to store management and then artist and even freelancers. I personally know very few people in a few territories that actually say they are happy. Most employees are miserable because the goals are impossible and they are constantly micromanaged. Of course employees all lie about their happiness because they want to keep their jobs.

So, if you need a freelance job it's great because you can learn a lot, get paid pretty good but run when your done! Trust me, you'll be sorry if you stay.

VERY high turn over. It's fun for a fling. Mac cosmetics is an amazing company to work for. The moral is very high, everyone is a family, very friendly and team oriented. Very driven to help you grow. If we go back at least 15 years ago, M. C was the great company to work for I love to interact and be more personal with my customers and that is how I got to gain many trust worthy clients and friends. Going to work everyday was like fun and wonderful feeling I've gotten after helping people, now that part I loved the most of all.

I have good work attics and got along with team mates but when company started to my take time away communicating and helping clients to meet their needs to keep things shot and just talk to focus on products sells. Many of my royal clients started to tell me that they feel very uncomfortable when they stop by to ask question about the products or simply say hello, specially when managers approach.

Managers are doing their job and I understand so no hard feelings with coworker I've work with but I just don;t want to work for the company who can't look anything other then numbers. Thank you.
