April 2, , 2: Coming from someone who doesn't actually like macaroni and cheese it's a texture thing for me I love this!!! Only complaint is about the order of directions. First direction should not be to preheat the oven. It should be to cook the pasta, cause by the time they slip in that it is time to cook the pasta about half way thru while cheese sauce cooks for a couple minutes , you could have been cooking the pasta entire time thru first part of directions. Adds another 15 minutes to overall time by waiting to start boiling water when they tell you to. That was only complaint.
