They did not respond from my car guru request but we did buy a car here and the sales guy and finance guy were both great. Would buy from them again. Courteous, knowledgable and willing to work with us. Purchased the vehicle. Yes good information from get e mail. Drove 3 hours to see this vehicle and the manager said it was on the lot and would have it ready for me. We get there and the vehicle had low tire pressure, a check engine light on, a service warning light on, 4 cracks in the windshield, some sort of sticky spill on the back seats, leaves all over the floorboard.

With a three hour heads up of my arrival, I would have expected it to have been ready. I was then told that they would take the car in the next day to see why all of the lights were on and would get a call Quick response. They were great with the first contact but the follow up was horrible and the ended up selling the car to someone else and didn't even let me know until I saw an email telling me it was sold and I had to contact them. He answered and checked on the car for me.. Im ready to purchase now.

I only recieved one email about this vehicle and another like it. I drove to the site to view the vehicles and others but I could only window shop because nobody come out to ask if I needed any assistance. The 4th time the associate watched me see 5 trucks ,10 minutes, then asked if I needed any help. The associate opened the truck and was not very knowledgeable at all with the f Platinum.

I asked for specifics and he didnt have anything to say. I told him a few things that I wasnt looking for and later in our conversation he tried to show me vehicles that I specified that I had no Interest in. Another thing I noticed that the sale price was 5k different from what the online price showed. I mentioned that the lot showed that there was 2 exact F platinums with different milage and zip wanted to see both. He mentioned it was sold earlier by him but when we returned from the test drive there it was and he tried to change his story. A great dealership and easy transaction.

The sales person and finance guy were both very cordial and professional. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

Shop Used Now

Very quick response. Been helpful as well. Dealer contacted us. We did not visit due to vehicle being out of our price range. Still looking for a vehicle. Bad experience. Put deposit on truck and days later after I called numerous times. Salesman told me that the truck was sold before my deposit. Had to call again to have deposit refunded to me. Good experience would buy from them again. They were more than helpful. They worked with me to find the right truck for my towing needs. Great experience. This is my second truck that I bought there.

Wrong price listed, but price was honored. I had bought a car from Mac Haik before, so I was familiar with their business. A few hiccups but a good experience overall. We, I and my daughter drove to the dealership on Thursday. We Looked around but was not able to find the vehicle. So we talked to an associate. He looked on the computer and said it should be somewhere outside. He searched outside and was not able to find it. So he talked to someone else and he said someone had car problem and presently using it.

The associate toke our phone number and said he will give us a call as soon as the car is back on the lot. Friday, Saturday he called and said that it is not back yet. So I started looking for something else on Cargurus again and found another one in Dallas. On Monday morning we drove to Dallas. Test drove it and put money down to buy it since the car loan issues needed to be cleared. On the following Saturday we drove to Dallas and purchased it.

On the following Monday almost 10 days later I got a call from dealership that the vehicle is back. I told him that we already bought one. Not a good experience with this dealership. I went to the dealership store Still waiting Didn't make it to the dealership as I received an email that the vehicle had sold before my appointment.

But, they were very communicative and willing to help. Jared, was very helpful and got me taken care of quickly. The price was misleading. Wasn't impressed. He went to his manager and came back with a price higher than the advertised price on Car Gurus.

Didn't work out for me. The search continues The experience was good. We were actually able to close the deal the same day and drive away. Thanks guys! Dillon sales agent very professional. Drove in from Houston to get a car to replace our Harvey damaged cars. They were great! Nick had the car ready as we drove up. And Rusty was great at getting us signed and verified and out of there. Thanks for your service. Showed up, met sales person, went to see the car. Paint was terrible, chipped, oxidized, rag top was filthy, and best of all the battery was dead.

Just wish I would have been able to see better pictures instead of driving 30 minutes just to see that thing and go eww. Waste of time.

Great communication, unfortunately the car was sold just before I got there Nick contacted me and was very courteous and professional. He let me know immediately that the vehicle had been sold. Our original salesman was busy after we called an hour in advance to driving 40 miles the the dealership. We were passed off to another sale an that was attentive but knew nothing about the vehicle we were there to purchase. Finance gentleman was fantastic, that went smoothly We has concerns about what they listed was on the vehicle and what was actually on the vehicle.

That was cleared up. We were read off what has been done to the vehicle once they received it in. Only thing actually done was an oil change. We were told new wiper blades, nope rubber hanging off them. No second key so we had to pay So makes me wonder how complete there inspection of used vehicles are.

Tires are worn we have new ones on order at Good point was Daryl the finance guy. He was efficient and went over all the paperwork. I drove 90 miles informing David Id be at the dealership between pm, minutes before arriving at the dealership David texted me saying they can't find the keys. So I decided to not waste anymore of my time with this circus of a operation. Later in the afternoon I received another text saying they found the keys. So, I was still in the area and decided to give these folks the benefit of the doubt, and stop by on my way back home.

WOW, what a team of professionals. Any negotiating room vanished. This truck was listed online for 6 days, with each exchange with Haik dealership it became harder to give the benefit of the doubt. I did have private bank financing which helped. Barring any unforseen circumstances I pick the vehicle up in about 48 hours the price was excellent, the salesman was straightforward and efficient, polite and helpful. Buying from a few hundred miles away so I coordinated a remote mechanic to review the vehicle and they accommodated that.
