Unfortunately, the demo only allows you to choose a few parts when creating your creatures. You can still create creatures and share them with the central database now—a big part of game play in Spore —but creatures created on Windows PCs with the paid version of Creature Creator will be better. The web page states that you will be able to buy Creature Creator for the Mac soon, but I might just wait for the full game to be released.
