Multiple time zones outlook 2011 mac

I have double checked my time zone settings in outlook and on my computer and they are all set to the same timezone.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. More Less. All replies Drop Down menu. Loading page content. I have exactly the same issue described here, though I don't think it is specifically Outlook that is causing the problem. I have tried creating test appointments in Outlook, Exchange and on the iPhone and there is no consistency.

When I have been testing I have created an appointment 20 minutes or so in the future and EDT is not shown in the alert. Its really annoying, but at least the alams still go off at the right time. This bug did not always happen and I am struggling to work out when it started. I wonder if it will be resolved in 4.

I am using iOS 4. It works before. I did not update my OS form that time working time I don't use any sync calendar like gmail, outlook , I checked the settings to make sure my location, time zone and I just was in overseas and I am thinking it try to work with that time zone. All my reminders and meetings show up at the correct time for the time zone I am located in at the time.

Additional details: Pallav Pallav. Check to see that this is the correct time zone or turn it off and see if this works.

Rob Vestrum Rob Vestrum. I have Time Zone Support turned on, so that the calendar items stay at the times that I set them. No matter where I create the calendar item--phone, iCal, MobileMe webpage--the appointment stays where it should, 3PM for example, but the alert came two hours late. So a minute-before alert on my 3PM appointment alerted me at 4: Not helpful.

I tried turning off time zone support, but then my calendar items all moved to Calgary time. Outlook keeps track of time zones and daylight saving time so that events automatically appear at the correct time on your calendar. For example, imagine that your workplace is in Los Angeles and your colleague's workplace is in New York, which is three hours ahead of Los Angeles.

When your colleague sends you an invitation for a conference call at New York time Eastern Time , Outlook adjusts the meeting time to 8: Pacific Time when you view it on your laptop in Los Angeles.

If you change the time zone on your laptop, Outlook updates events on the calendar to the correct time for the new time zone. For example, if you travel to another time zone and change the laptop's System Preferences to the new time zone, all events on your Outlook calendar are updated accordingly.
