Copy a PowerPoint Slide Master to Another Presentation
Sign up using Facebook. I want to apply a new template created by my organization to an already-existing PowerPoint presentation. Anyone know how to do this? I am working on a Mac. Apparently, the instructions I have found are for Windows machines and don't apply. So if you open a template or theme file and paste slides in, the slides will become the size they are in that template. I just find that users don't always understand that if they apply the theme to an existing presentation the slide size itself won't change.

Unfortunately, this one is soooo much easier to show than to attempt to explaini n words, lol. Upshot is, if you apply the template or theme from the Design tab, it's not going to change your slide size. That's generally good -- unless the template or theme is designed for a different aspect ratio than your slides are. LVL 1. Thanks to both of you.
