I sent the software to Microsoft for analysis. They said they removed the detection, so hopefully the false positives will be gone, or less frequent. Will we see it in future updates?

Right click on Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, and then press Show Package Contents. After that, you should see a folder that says Contents, press it. Quick note, the Contents folder is equivalent to the GameData folder in pc. Then you can drop mods into your base folder.
