Citrix full screen mode mac

Posted October 30, There is no way to make it use fullscreen on just a subset of monitors. I connect 2 monitors to my MacBook, I can't expand to fill those 2 external monitors, leaving my primary display unaffected. If you enable the multiple space for desktops, this does not change the behavior, other than you are not able to stretch the display across multiple monitors anymore in windowed mode. When you launch the app, it always defaults to full screen. I have to escape out and make it windowed manually each time I reconnect.

The menu item checkbox for Full screen is broken. When in fullscreen mode e. If you go to fullscreen without specifying the "use all displays in fullscreen mode" checkbox, then it uses fullscreen on one of the connected monitors, but annoyingly changes the other monitors to have a gray background and hides the OSX desktop. Is there no way to have it be fullscreen in one monitor or a subset without impacting the other displays?

Currently it's only possible to either use a single display or all displays in full screen. When "Displays have separate Spaces" is enabled in OS X, it is not possible to span multiple windows. Receiver full screen behavior one or all displays is the same regardless of the setting of "Displays have separate Spaces".
How are you launching your session? Via a web browser? Do you know what kind of server you are connecting to? When the desktop comes up, is there a black toolbar at the top of the window right below the title bar? The menu item for full screen never has a check mark.
This should only happen if "Displays have separate Spaces" is off. If you enable "Displays have separate Spaces" and have "Use All Displays In Full Screen" unchecked then it will only use the display that the window is currently on.
