How to select certain files utorrent mac

Probably the biggest option that you have at your disposal are only available manually, unfortunately. You can highlight specific files in a torrent and change their priority.

The second option, still manual, is the Prioritize by file order option that you see in the screenshot above.

This basically prioritizes downloads based on the order of files in the file listing. Do I select the files and set them to High Priority??

I must say this is not straight forward and very awkward. Why can't you just click on the Files you want and select download these files??

Magnets do not work the same way as torrents. You will see a spinning arrow below the Name field. Wait, wait, and wait some more until the metadata is downloaded.
