Disc burning software not found itunes mac

I have reinstalled iTunes, my drivers, updated my drivers, went into the registry and deleted and reinstalled the upper and lower filters, but still nothing has worked. Does anyone have any other ideas? I'm fresh out of 'em! More Less. All replies Drop Down menu.

If this is a virtual drive and you are having problems with other drives, try uninstalling the virtual CD application. I even went into the registry and deleted the GEAR lower filter. I last burnt a cd like a week ago using the same stack of cds and now it is giving me that error that is cannot find the disc burner or software. PxHelp20 2. The last failed audio CD burn had error code 0xffffff It happened on drive E: I'm pretty sure it's that exact same driver I had installed before the format. I removed mine, but maybe thats not enough, maybe we have to go inside the registry and delete something else.

I think it started when I upgraded to iTunes In my case, the disk burner worked fine with other software; it just didn't work with iTunes.
