I have used this host and it made my website very faster than my previous free hosting- Hostinger. I liked their services and the plans and pricing is very good. They provide high performance servers and the loading time is amazing. On the basis of you get what you pay for, they may not be the cheapest but you get the value, the support is great.
Be aware there is no telephone support but email support is normally excellent and quick. We offer hosting to clients so it has got to be great and reliable and it is. I recommend heart to all our SME clients without hesitation. I liked the service. However, my account was automatically billed after a year without notifying me. This then lead to me being told I was notified and should have known it would be a recurring bill. Heart Internet just totally Rocks!

Their customer service and support is just sublime! You could have the best website, user interface, and uptime but if your customer service and support sucks, then it all just falls apart. Go heart internet! Heart Internet pretty much have the whole package. Having technical knowledge is one thing but the level of customer services you get as well….. I was with heart internet for over 4 years as reseller. They once canceled one of my customers account because his website was busy even though they say unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage etc, he went to 1and1 and its has been with them without any problem and his visitors has even increases.
I requested to cancel my reseller account 2 times but they are refusing and asking to pay for another months because apparently you need to reply to them and explain why you want to cancel!!!!!! Heart internet have been a great hosting provider! They are fast and reliable! Their support team is especially helpful and always willing to go the extra mile! I would recommend Heart to anyone looking at setting up a reseller hosting package or just host singular websites.. I have been using Heart as a reseller for the past 5 years and have been very impressed with reliability of servers and also response time to support questions.
Personally I prefer to deal with support via their online system rather than phone as there is then a record of what has been said and done. I know some people hate that, but that is the way it is and for me it works. There are some negative reviews about Heart support, but I have always found them very good from a technical point of view and problems are rarely left unsolved for more than an hour. That said, looking at my account I only have to contact support maybe once every couple of months and I host almost sites with them.
