I have been using it for 2 months and am completely satisfied with the device. There is nothing to complain so I would definitely refer a friend. The main items that are great are the shock resistance up to 51 inches and the firewire connections. The down sided is that it does not have 2 FW ports and that I did not buy 2 drives. Also it does get very warm after being used for more then just a minute or two.
