All repairs are authorized by Apple, so your warranty stays intact. Most repairs are turned around in 3—5 working days. If you have a time-critical repair, let us know so we can do our best to help. During the diagnostic we will take a look at your device to figure out the problem, but will not make any repairs. We will first inform you of a quote that will include labor as well as replacement parts. If you choose to go forward with the repair or if your device is under warranty, the diagnostic fee will be waived.

Any additional cost will be based on the repair parts used. For some screen repairs we will need to send it to an Apple Repair Center. These repairs are generally ready for pickup in business days. In an effort to be fair to all, customers who've scheduled appointments online, get front of the line service upon arrival. Walk-in customers will be assisted on a first come, first serve basis.

Customers who need one-on-one assistance with technology training must schedule an appointment for this service. Please note: Due to the time needed to thoroughly diagnose, troubleshoot and order parts, not all repairs can be performed while you wait. We will always do our best to work with your schedule to ensure the quickest turn-around time possible. All reservations for service at our location need to be scheduled through Apple.

But no worries, we've got you covered. What's best is that there are no upfront fees. Simply, decide whether you would like to use your own box and postage, or whether you'd prefer we send a shipping label to you. Whether at home or office, some issues simply require our physical presence at your location. We offer onsite Apple tech support for server administration, configuration and troublshooting.

We also assist with network configuration and troubleshooting, file sharing, printer setup, etc. Time after one hour is billed in 15 minute increments. Unless requested by Apple, we do not perform Apple hardware diagnostics, Apple hardware repair or upgrades onsite. Under some circumstances, we may be able to arrange the pick up and delivery of Apple hardware from your location.

You can rest assured, you'll recieve the same level of quality and experience you'd get from the Apple Store. Incompatable, poorly written, or corrupted software can lead to many problems such as; slow performance, an inability to log in and even random shut downs, crashes and hangs.
