What was missing from the git-go was the source of the media. As to the reference to P2P, that area is a matter I will not enter into any debate. As i think i now understand it, with P2P, ''Joe somebody'' and ''Joe somebody else'' each have downloaded a P2P software from some 3rd party. Then they can exchange files between them using it. That the 3rd party was facilitating some kind of creative theft similar to the ''napster'' issue has been adjudicated.
