I do love the Apple products but this is frustrating. There may be a simple soluition… But I do not know much about IT. I have been waiting over an hour for it to finish writing files done this twice and happened both times. Anyone know what the problem could be??? Whether wirelessly or connected, iTunes just crashes whenever it is syncing. Unresolved by resetting and erasing all iPhone data or by reinstalling iTunes. No other online advice available.
