Worms 3D is the latest in the popular series of Worms games, which feature anthropomorphic versions of the slimy creatures, complete with distinct personalities cartoony weapons.
The goal in Worms 3D, as in the others, is to take out your opponents with bazookas, grenades, sheep, exploding bananas, and anything else you can find. Unlike the previous Worms games, which were 2D and thus provided the environments as backdrops for the action, Worms 3D features a wide variety of 3D interactive landscapes, with the ability to generate new terrain randomly.
You can destroy almost anything in each landscape and take advantage of such features as caves to hide in, ropes to climb, and more. Each combat arena can also include rain or snow, and the action can take place during day or night, lending even more predictability to the proceedings. Feral also announced the addition of new clues to their XIII mini site, which went live recently.
