Hi, I too run a trailer park and about a year ago started using rent manager, but i've come to realize that My question to you is about the customization part. In this software would i be able to have that option to calculate the old reading with new to get usage and then bill according to amount used, in my case i charge. Any suggestions would be great.

I owned this program for a year until merchant shut it off and demanded to re-start it. Went with different company. I use this software to track my income property.
