A small but optional toolbar appears next to the your system tray, with buttons for Record, Stop, and Play, as well as access to a more detailed menu. I used this little piece of magical software for most of my regular screen recordings. I'm a developer myself and it's quite useful and impresses the client if I provide a video tutorial. Other screen recorders can't even come closer to BB FlashBack's video quality. It's recorded to a timeline with a fixed framerate which means you can very easily remove all the parts you don't need, copy some frames somewhere else, and even more.

Was this review helpful? I found similar softwares having difficulties getting the screen and audio recording right, but this software does it with a breeze. Well done. You have the chance to edit it before converting it. It is still a hassle though. They got it right with this one.

I am happy with the output. Price is the thing to consider with both the Standard and Pro version. I got the Standard edition and it is the best screen cap software I've used so far. The editing features in the Pro edition would probably be nice to have, but I didn't think it was worth the extra cost for my needs.
