Problems after almost a year of use. Windows still adds the drive when you plug it into your computer. Issue I am having with the drive it will not see any disc that I insert into it. Not too difficult for me though results may very it just leads me to a dead end. Would I recommend this product? Asking the one Samsung Support person I was able to get a hold of on the phone, knew nothing about it.
